Welcome to Triple V Paints, the on-line home of Paul, Lisa, and Michael Vandiver.  Our facility, established in 1999, is located outside of La Cygne, Kansas, about an hour south of Kansas City, Kansas.  Triple V Paints is a family owned and operated facility in the business of raising world-class halter horses.  Our mission is to produce a few great foals each year instead of a large number of mediocre ones.

It takes many pieces to put together a winning horse.  First of all our mares are of great bloodlines, both top and bottom.  We select mares to have good minds, correct conformation with strong backs and good feet and legs.  Our mares must be pretty.  They must have a big eye, a pretty head and a feminine neck.  They are good mothers and easy to work with.  Even though we show our mares at halter, we want them to be able to be given a job and ridden after their halter show career ends. 

The same time and care goes into choosing the stallions that breed to our mares.  We firmly believe that world class foals come from world-class mares and stallions.  The sire must be a popular, current stallion that is a producing stallion in the forefront of the industry.  He must have the same strong confirmation characteristics that we look for in a mare.  He must act like a gentleman and be able to pass those traits to his offspring.

When you purchase a horse from Triple V Paints, we want them to be the best possible animal you can get.  We want our horses to have the potential to take you to the winners circle in either halter or performance.  We want them to be as comfortable around people as they are around other horses.  However, most of all we want them to provide you with years of enjoyment, companionship and love.
